To receive a full deposit refund, you must notify us at least 10 days before the rental agreement’s start date. Reservations made within 10 days are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, all renters must certify that they have their own insurance coverage for damages, including liability, comprehensive, and collision. Your reservation will be confirmed upon providing adequate proof of insurance or purchasing insurance through us.

If you decline additional insurance, you will be held liable for any damages to the vehicle or damages caused by the vehicle during the rental period. You agree to the rental charges and acknowledge that extra charges could be added based on the terms described.

While we require renters to have their own insurance coverage, we also offer the option to purchase additional insurance through our company if desired.

We require renters to have a valid driver’s license issued in their name. International renters must provide a valid international driver’s license along with their passport.
